Description:

Database Administrator

Ft. Gordon, GA 

Deepen your systems analysis experience and move along the system administration career path by joining the I2TS3 team.  This position is pending award but applications are accepted with an expected close start date.

  
Database Administrator Tasks:

·         Maintains the integrity, security and availability of multiple database(s)

·         Duties include disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and monitoring of data

·         Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the database

·         Evaluates and recommends available database management system (DBMS) products

·         Performs database and software life-cycle activities to ensure highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements.

·         Performs Oracle, SQL Server, SYBASE, and other DBMS Database and Application server administration

·         Organizes and formats data for efficient query and storage processes

·         Other related duties.

Database Administrator Qualifications: 

·         Current TS/SCI clearance

·         Security+ / Ability to obtain SEC+

 

·         Level 3 

·         High School Diploma/ GED / 

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience in Addition to Education Level: 10  

·         Associates Degree

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience in Addition to Education Level:  8  

·         Bachelors Degree 

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience in Addition to Education Level:  6  

·         Masters Degree 

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience in Addition to Education Level:  4  

·         PhD 

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience in Addition to Education Level:  2
