Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR)
OCONUS, Kuwait (Mid-Level)
Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR), for a specialized team with directives to provide multi-intelligence operations support services which contribute to: the protection and support within CJTF-OIR CJOA. This team’s objectives entail aiding in the coordination, planning and execution of intelligence collection operations; and providing exploitation and analytic support in coordination with CJTF-OIR and other entities and agencies in the Combined Joint Operating Area.
Foreign Disclosure Representative Tasks:
Ø Triage/prioritize FGI for intelligence value in accordance with CJTF-OIR PIRs and other intelligence collection requirements, and inform applicable authority within 12 hours.
Ø Assess IIRs, written reports, and FGI weekly summaries to corroborate information and validate intelligence value.
Ø Provide FGI metric and trends analysis and submit to Operational Management Team for processing.
Ø Respond to RFIs requesting FGI.
Ø Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: IIR, written report, FGI weekly summary assessments, FGI metrics and trend analysis, and RFI responses. In accordance with SOPs. Reports are reviewed by and released at the discretion of the supported Operational Management Team.
Ø (U//FOUO) Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables are required no latter then (NLT) 48 hours after initial tasking, unless otherwise coordinated with the Government Lead, and COR/ACOR.
Ø Other related duties.
Foreign Disclosure Representative Qualifications:
Ø Specialized Training: Completion of DIA DIE FDO Course (Tampa) and USCENTCOM FDO training IAW USCENTCOM REGULATION 380-5
Ø Associate's Degree.
Ø 4 years direct relevant intelligence, security or FDO experience.
Ø Current TS/SCI clearance.
Ø The ability to meet the requirements to deploy.
Intelligence Operations Planner Required Skills:
Ø Able to work Independently with or without supervision, willing to deploy, work extended hours in a high OPSTEMPO.
Ø Familiarity with USCENTCOM’s Area of Operation.
Ø Thorough knowledge of National Disclosure Policy .
Ø Able to conduct policy research on US classified systems.
Ø Must be customer orientated.
Ø Previous experience as an Intelligence and/or Security Analyst a must.
Ø Thorough knowledge of Records of Action.
