Counterintelligence (CI) Support Specialist (CISS)
Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Support Specialist (CISS) for a specialized team with directives to provide multi-intelligence operations support services which contribute to: the protection and support within CJTF-OIR CJOA. This team’s objectives entail aiding in the coordination, planning and execution of intelligence collection operations; and providing exploitation and analytic support in coordination with CJTF-OIR and other entities and agencies in the Combined Joint Operating Area.
CI Support Specialist Tasks:
Ø Provide analysis support to an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of OIR JX2 analytical requirements.
Ø Coordinate the activities of co-located Contractor Reach-back intelligence analysts and maintaining effective communications with forward deployed senior intelligence staff and ensures all production requirements meet customer needs.
Ø Provide on a 179-calendar day minimum staffing rotational basis one team member to deploy into the CJOA (two analysts per year).
Ø Analyze All-source reporting.
Ø Establish, maintain, and improve enduring search criteria using reporting tools such as TCOP or other accredited government tools. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: search criteria and reports of interest provided to team leads daily.
Ø Conduct analysis to develop actionable products. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: analytical reports as tasked.
Ø Provide feedback to collectors through evaluations and SDRs. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: IIR evaluations and/or SDRs as required.
Ø Other related duties.
CI Support Specialist Qualifications:
Ø Education – Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of direct relevant intelligence analyst experience.
Ø Military background and experience.
Ø Current TS/SCI w Poly.
Ø The ability to meet the requirements to deploy.
CI Support Specialist Required Skills:
Ø Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Ø Requires submission of an unclassified analytical writing sample on Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Iran, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, the Haqqani Network, ISIS, or the HIG (250-word minimum) with resume.
Ø Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Ø Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.
Ø Briefing skills.
Ø Deployed experience in either, Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, and HUMINT, CI CT military analysis.
Ø Must be able to demonstrate a professional demeanor.
