Research and Analysis is essential to success. The customer needs to know that you can address their requirements, manage the team, and deliver quality products and solutions within fiscal constraints. Today’s demanding solicitations lead to a highly competitive landscape that’s good for the customer, drives innovation amongst competitors, and results in successful efforts.
Research and analysis is part of every capture and in Business Development there are a number of tools to help you research the opportunity and understand the competitive landscape. So – if you like research and enjoy making PowerPoint slides, maybe you too should get into the Business Development career field!
