Eligibility:
All Warranted Contracting Officers of the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps are authorized ordering offices. Supplies or services to be furnished under this contract shall be furnished at such times as ordered by the issuance of Orders by the Task Order Contracting Officer. All orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. This contract shall control in the event of conflict with any order.

Quality Assurance Plan:
Semper Valens has established processes for monitoring and maximizing quality in order to meet and exceed customer expectations. We have established, maintained and continuously tailor our comprehensive Information Analysis Center and internal programs, to control the quality of our services, with a goal of providing strategic value through long term trend analysis and recommendations. By leveraging our proven processes, Semper Valens will be able to provide a low-risk approach of instilling mature processes over the areas of requirements, project management, and change management to give SeaPort-e task order customers more insight and control over their work. Doing this enhances our ability to control costs and schedules, maximizes performance and reduces risks associated with the work being performed.
A Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan will be prepared for each task order awarded to Semper Valens. Our program is based on generally accepted quality management principals and methods, and is governed by standards that ensure quality job performance, while leveraging repeatable processes. Our quality control programs will be evident in the work we do for SeaPort-e tasks. By selecting the best elements of our proven quality control programs, we will focus on providing continuous quality improvement in all work areas. Our corporate Quality Control (QC) program follows six simple steps in our QC process:

  4. Control
  5. Adjust
  6. Deliver
We use this process, along with a systematic inspection program, to ensure that our work meets and exceeds the Government's expectations. Our team is prepared to perform quality assurance functions on all tactical and strategic initiatives. Quality assurance and control are not tasks initiated at the end of a project or change request, but are performed throughout the lifecycle of all tasks. Finally, we will collect, maintain and develop analytical tools and techniques, to include databases, models and simulations that provide research and analysis services to our Seaport-e customers with diverse, complex, and challenging requirements.
